Although even the northeast USA is enjoying some early spring weather, it’s still February and solidly in winter, according to the calendar.
However, we’ve got some more fine horses from the desert to watch.
The Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show will be streamed live for free over iEquine, sponsored by Arabhorse.com, an Arabian horse marketing firm.
It starts at 10 am EST, or 8 am local Scottsdale, Arizona, time on Feb 12 and runs for ten days until Feb. 22.
You’ll have to register, if you didn’t a few weeks ago to watch the Al Khalediah Arabian Horse Festival.
I think we’ll have better luck with viewing this one, if for no other reason than the slight time difference for American horse lovers AND because the show hours will run longer.
Despite the economic downturn, more than two thousand horses have been entered.
Participants and spectators are coming all the way in from Australia and Ecuador.
Anyway, here’s a little treat, a highlights video from last year’s Saturday night freestyle class, lots of liberty work.
