Over on my so-called “author blog,” I tried to keep things horse-free, supposedly the smart business thing to do, or so I’d been told. Then, a New York Times best selling thriller author called me out on it.
Tuva’s a little less groovy …
Remember Ondar the Tibetan Singing Cowboy and his Morin Khurr, aka horse head fiddle, in the Rose Parade? Ondar’s Twitter handle was the @GroovinTuvan. Anyway, Tuva is still groovy, but sadder. Ondar passed away early in August 2013. I added links and updates about his funeral to the original post. His life was interesting and full of struggle, a sadness long behind that jolly smile on New Year’s Day in Pasadena.
